Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain an internal organ preserver which can safely and surely send excised internal organs, even when they turn upside-down or is inclined abnormally, by providing the preserver with an upside-down detector for the preserver and a means for controlling the feed rate of the infusion fluid, starting with the signal from the upside-down detector. CONSTITUTION:The preserver which can store and transport various kinds of internal organ from the excision to the transplantation under infusion is provided with, at least, a chamber 7 containing the internal organ 6, the pump 9 feeding the infusion fluid to the organ 6, and the bubble trap 12 for removing bubbles from the infusion fluid 13. Additionally, the preserver is equipped with a means 26 for detecting the upside-downness of the preserver and a means 22 for controlling the feed of the infusion fluid, corresponding to the signal from the detector 26 so that the organs can be transported safely and surely without exposing the organs to air, even when such an accident as upside- downness happens.
