LAMINATING DEVICE FOR POSITIONING CLUTCH PLATE

PURPOSE:To laminate a clutch plate by positioning it correctly and at high speed by holding it by the transfer arm fitted to the carriage moved from plural laminated magazines arranged in order along the magazine, laminating it by transferring onto the moving carriage. CONSTITUTION:A moving carriage 12 is stopped by arranging an am ara axis 14 at position P1, a transfer arm 13 is made parallel to a guide rod 11, the arm axis 14 is rotated and a plate support claw 29 is rocked to under a laminated magazine 50A. The arm 13 is then descended, the support claw 29 is approached to the inner hole of the disk spring of the above of a cradle, the support claw 29 is opened outside by an actuator 28, the tip thereof is stopped by locating at the lower side of the disk spring 51, the arm 13 is pulled up and the disk spring 51 is transferred to the arm 31. Then the arm 31 becomes parallel to the guide rod 11, the support claw 29 is descended to the groove 30b of a cradle 30, the cradle 30 is approached into the inner hole of the disk spring 51, the support claw 29 is contracted by the actuator 28, the disk spring 51 is held by being positioned by falling onto a plate cradle 30 by coming out of the support claw 29, the arm 13 is pulled up and transfers each plate in order.
