Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a conductive layer coating film from being oxidized and sulfurized by forming a synthetic resin coating film onto the surface including an exposed part of the coating layer film. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic body 3 is mainly made of a titanate group ceramic material, formed cylindrical and sintered. Then a copper film 4 is formed by chemical plating, solder plating is applied to the entire face on the copper film 4 to form a solder film 5 and a primary product 6 is obtained. Then one end of the primary product 6 is cut to adjust the characteristic and a secondary product 7 is obtained, in which a cut exposed face 2 is formed. A phenol resin is applied to the cut exposed face 2 of the 2nd product 7 by a proper method such as brushing or spraying and a phenol resin film 8 is formed to cover exposed parts 3a-5a of the cut exposed face 2 to obtain a microwave resonator 1. Thus, oxidation and sulfurization of the conductive layer film are prevented.
