Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily test a program by allowing an on-line/off-line input processing means to execute input processing and allowing an on-line/off-line output processing means to execute output processing. CONSTITUTION:An on-line/off-line input specification table 7 is read out from a storage device to decide whether an on-line system 8 is specified or not. When the system 8 is specified, data are inputted from the system 8, and at the time of no specification, data are inputted from an off-line file system 9. Output processing is executed by an on-line/off-line output deciding means 5 and an on-line/off-line output processing means 6. Namely, an on-line/off-line specification table 10 is read out from the storage means, data are outputted to the system 8 when the system is specified, and at the time of no specification the data are outputted to the system 9. Thus, a program can be completedly tested without exerting influence upon an operating computer.
