Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent lumpy resin solid material from being mixed with a molded resin material by allowing the outer peripheral surface of a roller for transfer to abut against the outer peripheral surface of a roller for spreading and also supporting the roller for transfer with a machine base and a constructed material via a buffering member. CONSTITUTION:When the liquid resin composition A0 is supplied on the surface of a roller 2 for transfer, this resin composition is transferred to the direction shown in an arrow X1 according to rotation of the roller 2 for transfer and reached the vicinity of position abutting against a roller 3 for spreading. The resin composition is scraped by high-speed rotation of the roller 3 for spreading and spread in a liquid droplet state. In the case of spreading the resin composition, a gap is not formed between the roller 2 for transfer and the roller 3 for spreading and therefore resin composition does not remain and is unstuck to the downstream side of the contact part with the roller 3 for spreading on the outer surface of the roller 2 for transfer. Thereby the whole amount of transferred resin composition is surely spread in the liquid droplet state.
