SPREADER OF RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To prevent lumpy resin solid material from being mixed with a molded resin material by eccentrically and axially parallel providing a hollow-side pressing roller having outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of a hollow cylindrical body being a roller for transfer to the inside of the hollow cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:The outer diameter of a hollow-side pressing roller 22 is formed smaller than the inner diameter of a hollow cylindrical body 21 and the pressing roller 22 is made eccentric from the axial center of the hollow cylindrical body 21 and axially parallel arranged. The liquid resin composition A0 supplied on the outer circumferential face of the cylindrical body 21 is transferred in the direction shown in an arrow and thereafter scraped by a roller 3 for spreading and sheared/finely divided and spread in the liquid droplet state. The whole amount of supplied liquid resin composition is replaced by the successive fresh resin composition and the molded resin material having high quality is obtained without causing solidification and growth due to residual substance during production.
