PRIMARY COLOR SIGNAL CHANGEOVER DEVICE

PURPOSE:To combine RGB signals according to the priority of a Ys signal and to display the result by using a priority encoder and a selector controlled by its output, and selecting the RGB signal of a display signal generator generating the Ys signal with the highest priority. CONSTITUTION:A selector 5 selecting one RGB signal from plural display signal generators 1-3 with an output of a priority encoder 4 and an OR circuit 6 outputting an OR signal of Ys signals outputted from the plural display signal generators 1-3 are provided to the title device. The RGB signal of the display signal generators 1-3 generating the Ys signal with the largest weight (highest priority) is selected from plural sets of the RGB signals outputted from the plural display signal generators 1-3 by using the priority encoder 4 and the selector 5 controlled by its output. Thus, the RGB signals of the plural display signal generators 1-3 is displayed through combination according to the weighting (priority) of the Ys signal.
