Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent uneven coating by subjecting a thin amorphous alloy strip produced by rapid cooling with a cooling roll to noncontact surface coating with a coating soln. and heat treatment during transfer to a coiling machine. CONSTITUTION:A molten alloy is rapidly cooled and solidified by contact with the surface of a cooling roll 2 rotating at a high speed to obtain a thin amorphous alloy strip 3. This strip 3 is continuously coiled with a coiling machine 5 installed apart from the roll 2. A stable pass line is formed between the roll 2 and the coiling machine 5. In the line, both sides of the strip 3 are coated with a coating soln. by a noncontact coating method 7 and the strip 3 is heat- treated 8 to form a coating film.
