Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject pickling device contriving to promote fermentation and penetration of dipping solution into the materials by sufficiently mixing and stirring every pickling raw materials in cylindrical vessel by making the cylindrical vessel receiving raw material of pickles and pickling medium as specific construction and revolving around horizontal shaft. CONSTITUTION:Engaging teeth 2 are formed at outer side of peripheral face of a cylindrical vessel 1 receiving pickling raw material and pickling medium and a gear 4 engaging with said engaging teeth 2 is revolved, then the cylindrical vessel 1 is revolved around a horizontal shaft, thus the aimed device is constructed. Besides, the gear 4 is preferably revolved in connecting with a motor M.
