Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten the time of card movement between respective shelves and a storage or discharge opening by forming a storage shelf, a discharge shelf and plural shelves for storing cards by kinds integrally and forming the card storage shelves in a plane. CONSTITUTION:Cards are stored on a shelf 10a by kinds and put in or out of the device through the storage opening 2 or discharge opening 3 by operations. Then a storage shelf 10b is positioned at the storage opening 2 and a discharge shelf 10c is positioned at the discharge opening 3; and those shelves 10a, 10b, and 10c are formed into the plane card storage shelf 10. Consequently, the cards are put in and out by a cassette handler 30 between the respective shelves 10a and storage opening 2 or discharge opening 3.
