Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a sheet for reducing stain the contamination of food by bonding an adherent layer with a thickness of a specific value containing a specific amt. of a specific bis-benzotriazole and a straight chain polycarbonate resin and bonding only one of its surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate sheet and an adherent layer containing bis- benzotriazole represented by formula 2 or 3 and 1-15% of a straight chain polycarbonate resin represented by formula 1 are extruded at the same time and the surface of the sheet is pressed if necessary to be brought into contact with the surface of the adherent layer with a thickness of 5-100 μm to be bonded thereto. In formulae 1, 2, 3, R and R are each mutually independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, 1-12C alkoxy, 7-12C arylalkoxy, 1-10C alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl; R and R are each mutually independently a hydrogen atom, 1-10C alkyl, cycloalkyl, arylalkyl or aryl, m is 1-3; n is 0-4, p is 0-3, q is an integer of 1-10; and Y is either one of groups represented by formula 4.
