Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of the vaporization of liquid fuel and the efficiency of the combustion so as to secure safety of the operation without generation of toxic matter by placing inside an air-feeding pipe a liquid fuel spray nozzle for spraying liquid fuel toward the inner circumferential surface of a combustion chamber facing a vaporization chamber and by disposing an ignition plug near the nozzle and an outlet for the combustion gas. CONSTITUTION:A spray of liquid fuel making a certain angle (for example, 60 degrees) is ejected from the tip of a nozzle; part of the fuel is ignited by an ignition plug 41 and undergoes primary combustion in a vaporization chamber 21 and a combustion chamber 22 with supply of primary air through an air pipe 3. The primary air supplied through an air pipe 3 directs the flame and combustion gas produced by the primary combustion through the combustion chamber 22 downward and the combustion gas is discharged out of the device through an outlet 23. The rest of the fuel sprayed from the nozzle 4, left unburned yet, is sprayed upon the inner wall surfaces of a porous material which bounds the vaporization chamber 21 and the primary combustion chamber 22 so that the fuel permeates the porous bodies 2 from the inner wall surfaces inward. The fuel, which is left unburned after being sprayed and permeates the porous bodies 2, is vaporized instantaneously when it is inside the porous bodies 2 and released from the inner wall surfaces of the combustion chamber into the combustion chamber 22 successively and ignited. |
