ROTARY PICKLING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To shorten the finishing time of pickles by connecting a pickling vessel to a rotary machine and applying centrifugal force to the pickles in the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A pickling vessel 1 having an inlet and outlet port at the top and freely closable with a packing 2 and a lid 3 is put into a rotary driving container 4. A fitting member 9 of the shaft 7 of the motor 6 for rotating the rotary driving container 4 is fit to the bottom recess 8 of the pickling vessel 1 and the outer circumference of the pickling vessel 1 is supported by plural rolls 10 attached to the inner surface wall of the rotary driving container 4 to smoothen the rotation of the vessel. The pickling material and saline water are charged into the pickling vessel 1, closed with the lid 3 and covered with a cover 11. A centrifugal force is constantly applied to the pickling vessel 1 by the rotation of the motor 6 to promote the substitution of water in the pickling material with the saline water. The pickling material and the saline water are subjected to stirring action in the vessel to effect remarkable shortening of the finishing time of the pickles.
