Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To prepare an antitumor drug, comprising an inhibitor of a protein kinase C and an agent having antitumor actions and having synergistically enhanced effects. CONSTITUTION: This antitumor combined pharmaceutical preparation comprises an inhibitor of a protein kinase C, e.g. quercetin, tamoxifen, ilmofosine or staurosporine, an agent having antitumor actions, e.g. a lipid, a lipid analog compound, a cytostatic agent (e.g. cyclophosphamide, cis-diammino- dichloroplatinum(II) or 5-fluorouracil), a compound having inhibiting actions on phospholipases (e.g. mepacrine or indomethacin) and a pharmacologically permissible carrier or auxiliary substance. The dose can be reduced and adverse effects can thereby be reduced or avoided.
