Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a transfusion solution agent composition capable of also being administered to a patient having a lowered lactic acid-metabolizing ability by containing malic acid and/or a salt thereof as a pH-adjusting agent. CONSTITUTION:A transfusion solution agent composition comprises an aqueous solution containing malic acid and/or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof (preferably Na salt) as a pH-adjusting agent and an elecrolyte. The malic acid is preferably L-malic acid metabolized in living bodies and is generally used in a concentration of 0.05-2.0% (W/V) in the transfusion solution agent composition.
