Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To improve astatic effect and to reduce the structure length of a spring by allowing the operation line of the astatic spring to pass the support of a conversion lever. CONSTITUTION: A load support member 2 is mounted to a balance device support 1 via links 4 and 5, the member 2 converts a force that is equivalent to an article mass on a carrier 3 to a conversion lever 7 via a connecting member 9, and a coil 11 provided at the compensation arm of the lever 7 generates a compensation force that is balanced with the article weight through a compensation current within the gap of a permanent magnet 10. An astatic spring 12 is provided at the balance device, its one edge is fixed to the lever 7, the other is fixed to a protruding part 13 of the support 1 so that the operation line of the spring 12 accurately passes the support of a cross spring hinge 8. In this manner, the torque of the spring 12 accurately resists the torque of the cross spring hinge 8 that tries to return the lever 7 to a setting position each time and the two torques are canceled and the lever 7 moves without being affected by the operation of the torque, thus achieving astatic effect.
