Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable site application at ordinary temp. by blending an aqueous medium with the mixture of water-soluble alkali silicate and metallic Si powder and performing exothermic reaction therefor. CONSTITUTION:Water-soluble alkali silicate (e.g. water glass) is mixed with metallic Si (100% purity expressed in terms of Si) powder at (92:8)-(75:25) weight ratio on the basis of dry substance at 110 deg.C. Blended material is obtained by addind =50wt.%. When silicate in this dissolved component is shown as SiO2 and alkali metallic component is shown as oxide basis of M2O (M shows Li, Na, K), M2O/SiO2 is 0.1-0.4 molar ratio and SiO2 is >=65wt.% and apparent specific gravity is
