MANUFACTURE OF CENTRIFUGAL MOLDING CONCRETE PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To manufacture a centrifugal molding concrete product which does not need sludge disposing place or disposing cost by dehydrating discharged sludge as dehydrated sludge containing specific water content rate, returning the dehydrated sludge to the hollow part of a molded form, and again centrifugally molding it. CONSTITUTION:Discharged sludge 2 is guided, for example, to a filter 3 by a pump, etc., dehydrated by the filter 3, and the dehydrated sludge is returned as it is or as a mixture with cellulose derivative to a molded form hollow part. In this case, the water content rate of the sludge is set to 30 - 45%. The thus obtained dehydrated sludge or mixture of the sludge and the cellulose derivative is returned to the hollow part in the molded form, and again centrifu gally molded to deposit and cure the sludge or the sludge mixture to the inner surface of the centrifugally molded concrete product.
