Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable improvement of working efficiency by a method wherein when control of a loading lever resulting from a need for an increase in an oil pressure is effected in a stop state, the number of revolutions of an engine is controlled to a preset value. CONSTITUTION:A controller 14 naturally controls the number of revolutions of an engine according to a pedaling amount when a driver steps on an accel pedal. In which case, the accel pedal is not stepped on in a stop state, this state is detected by means of a car speed sensor 5 and an accel idle switch 8. When it is detected by a lift or a tilt detection switches 11 or 12 that control of a loading lever resulting from a need for an increase in an oil pressure is effected, the number of revolutions of an engine is controlled to a preset value. In this case, when the set number of revolutions of an engine is increased to a desired value exceeding the number of idle revolutions, the number of revolutions of an engine can be controlled to a value exceeding the number of idle revolutions only through control of the loading lever without stepping on the accel pedal during a loading work. This constitution simplifies control of a lading work and enables execution of a work with high efficiency.
