Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable to release the emission of an audible alarm and to restart a power source in a simple operation by operating resetting means by the AND of an alarm signal and a restart signal, and restarting the power source in response to the resetting means. CONSTITUTION:A malfunction detector is composed of voltage comparators 17, 22, and a holding circuit for holding the output of the malfunction detector is composed of a thyristor 26 and a relay 25. A contact 27 is a switching element which closes by the operation of the holding circuit, and a relay 30 and its contacts 33, 32 form resetting means for resetting the holding circuit due to the coinciding of an audible alarm signal with a restart signal supplied externally and restarting means for restarting the power source in response to the resetting means. A restart signal is externally supplied by pressing a switch 31.
