Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To carry out a valve-seat fitting operation in a short time by providing a frame portion unit for individually or integrally movably supporting a polishing unit having a rotating or swinging polishing head and an inspection unit having an inspection head. CONSTITUTION:In a polishing unit 1 and an inspection unit 21 which are individually or integrally movably supported by a frame portion unit 41, either of the heads 2, 22 thereof is selectively moved along a valve body guide 71a to be opposed to a valve seat face and positioned based on a command. The frame portion unit 41 and each of the polishing/inspection units 1, 21 can be assembled/ disassembled at least as a unit with respect to a sluce valve and the frame portion unit 41, respectively.
