CONSTITUTION:This highly hydrophilic coating material comprises water, a water-soluble resin, bentonite, an alkali metal or ammonium salt of zirconium carbonate and, optionally, a surfactant. The water-soluble resin is added in order to form a hydrophilic film on a substrate and fix bentonite in this film.
