Zusammenfassung:NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [one of R1 and R2 is OH and the other is -O-CO-R3-NH2 (R3 is 1-10C alkylene) and the title radioisotope compound shown by formula II [one of R1 and R2 is OH and the other is -O-CO- R3-R5 (R3 is 1-10C alkylene; R5 is residue containing radioisotope of iodine)]. USE:Determination of 1alpha,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, an active type in a specimen solution. An antibody prepared by bonding a compound sown by formula I to a carrier protein as a hapten and immunizing and a compound shown by formula II are used. PREPARATION:1alpha,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 is reacted with an amino acid containing protected amino group, the amino-protecting group is eliminated from the prepared compound to give a compound shown by formula I. Radioactive iodine (preferably I) is labeled with the compound shown by formula I by indirect labeling to give a compound shown by formula II.
