The signal of the load from a load cell 15 and the signal from a pressure transducer 19 at a pipe 1 are converted in a sensor amplifier relay 21 and recorded. In the computer 22, the safety-valve actuating pressure at the time of the highest-pressure use of the pipe 1 is obtained from the load on the load cell 15 and the pressure in the pipe 1 on the basis of the data base that is built in beforehand. The pressure is outputted to a CRT and a printer 24. |
