Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of apparatus by impregnating resin into pores existing from the surface of a ferrite magnet toward the inner part thereof and by hardening said resin. CONSTITUTION:A ferrite magnet 1 to be used in a small-sized motor have pores 3 which are produced when said magnet is manufactured by a powder metallurgy (sintering). Then, said pores 3 are impregnated with resin by vacuum impregnation, centrifugal impregnanation and the like and said resin is hardened, subsequently. Further, a resin film 4 having a uniform and desired thickness dimension is formed on the surface of the magnet 1 in the process for impregnating pores 3 of said ferrite magnet 1 with resin. Thus, it is possible to prevent the generation of the undesired locked state of a rotor caused by missing pieces.
