Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain multilayered orientation films excellent in appearance and in gas barrier property, by bi-axial orienting a raw material having the composition of at least five layers: polyester layer/adhesive resin layer/ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) layer/adhesive resin layer/polyester layer and keeping density, layer thickness, and ingredient content specified. CONSTITUTION:A raw material which is composed of at least five layers: polyester layer/adhesive resin layer/EVOH layer/adhesive resin layer/polyester layer and whose EVOH density D (g/cm .20 deg.C), EVOH ethylene content E (mol%), and thickness ratio X of polyester layer to EVOH layer satisfy the Formula is bi-axially oriented. In this case, the layer construction is such that EVOH is not present in the surface. EVOH used is a copolymer obtained by saponification of the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, and its ethylene content is 20-60mol%, and the degree of saponification of vinyl acetate ingredient is 95% or more from view of gas barrier property, thermal stability, and co- orientation suitability. |
