THERMISTER

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of measured values at a high temperature of 300 deg.C or more by constructing the title capacitor thermister primarily from three components of specific metal oxides. CONSTITUTION:A thermister element is primarily constructed with three components of MgAl2O4, CoAl2O4, and NiAl2O4. The thermistor is constructed for example including disk-shaped electrodes formed on the face and back thereof in the ratio: 0.1, 0.1, 99.8 each in mol% of the components of MgAl2O4, CoAl2O4, and NiAl2O4. This assures a highly reliable measurement with use of such a thermister, the measurement being stable at a high temperature with reduced specific resistance even at a high temperature of 300 deg.C or more over a long period of time.
