Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a jitter signal to easily change at a high speed by generating a clock from a second memory by the accumulated value of the jitter information of a first memory and thus, designating the address of the first memory and a third memory to contain waveform data. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator 11 of a clock generator 10 accumulates the jitter information of the first memory 17 at a constant period and an accumulated value is inputted to the second memory 12 to store the data of a sine wave as an address. The output is converted to a rectangular wave, becomes a clock and is inputted to an address generator 16. The generator 16 integrates the clock, inputs it to the third memory 18 to store the address terminal of the memory 17 and output waveform data and designates the address. Thus, the read data are outputted as a jitter signal by a D/A converter 19. Thus, the jitter signal to easily change at a high speed is obtained.
