Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To enhance drilling efficiency by fully pivoting and pushing a casing tube into the ground, then passing a drilling rod into the fully pivoting carriage via a yoke, and fully pivoting the fully pivoting carriage. CONSTITUTION: A casing tube 10 is passed into a guide hole in a fully pivoting carriage 5 and is fully pivoted by the fully pivoting motor 6 of a rotary drive via full pivoting speed reduction mechanisms 7a, 7b so as to be pushed into the ground. Once the pushing-in of the tube 10 has reached the desired stroke length, the tube 10 is released and the rotary drive is raised. A yoke 11 is fitted into the guide hole and the rotating rod 15 of a drilling machine 16 is passed into a rod drive hole in the yoke 11. When the motor 6 is further driven to fully pivot the fully pivoting carriage 5, the rod 15 and the drilling machine 16 are driven for rotation via the yoke 11 to drill soil in the tube 10.
