FLOOR HINGE DEVICE FOR DOOR

PURPOSE: To prevent invasion of rainwater into a space of a residual part of a hinge mechanism part in a container for enabling a door to be smoothly rotated for a long period by filling foam material in the space. CONSTITUTION: A floor hinge device 1 is composed of a box-shaped iron container 2 opened upward, a hinge mechanism part 3 including a door closing speed adjusting mechanism, etc., and a cover body 4. In a space of a residual part of the hinge mechanism part 3 in the container 2, closed cell type foam material 10 of foam polyurethane, foam polyethylene, foam polypropylene, foam polystyrene or the like is filled. Invasion of rainwater into the space can thus be prevented by the closed cell type foam material 10.
