SLIDE FASTENER

PURPOSE: To prevent degradation in the flexibility of a supporting band, to stabilize the pitch between intermeshing elements even if transverse force is applied thereon, and to enable production at a high speed, by forming a slide fastener in such a manner that the warp is guided by constituting a repetitive unit of high-highmiddle-low in the projection diagram on the plane of the slide fastener. CONSTITUTION: Eight pieces of the warp on the rear connecting part 12 side of the intermeshing elements 10 is guided in order of the high-high-middle-low in the projection diagram on the plane of the slide fastener. Four pieces of the warp 5 on the intermeshing head part 11 side are guided in the repetitive unit of the high-middle-low-middle. The 'high' signifies that the warp 4 supports the double weft 17 of the monofilaments from above; the 'middle' signifies that the warp 4 is positioned between the double weft 17 of the monofilaments and the double weft 8 of the basic weft corresponding thereto and the 'low' signifies that the double weft 8 of the basic weft is supported from the lower side. The warp of the entire part is guided in order of the high-high-middlelow- high-high-middle-low and the warp 5 of the entire part is guided by repetition of high-middle-low-middle-high-middle-lowmiddle.
