PURPOSE:To improve the cooling effect and bearing lubricating performance of a submergeable motor by circulating lubricant in the motor through the strands of the coil ends of a stator coil. CONSTITUTION:A rotor core 17 and a pair of thrust discs 18, 19 are fixed to a rotor shaft 16 which is supported through a pair of sleeves 13, 14. A plurality of projections 20, 21 are formed on the outer peripheries of the discs 18, 19. When the shaft 16 is rotated, lubricant is circulated by the operations of projections 20, 21 formed on the discs 18, 19 through between waterproof wires of the coil end 4 of stator coil group 3. In this manner, the temperatures of the coil and the lubricant can be lowered, and the coil and stator core can be reduced in size.
