PURPOSE:To assure safety, to facilitate operation, and to decrease the running cast of a hot water supplying apparatus, by evaporating water content from solvent in a solvent tank by heating it, and by utilizing a solvent absorbing reaction which is caused by supplying generated solvent steam to a heating composite body in a solution tank. CONSTITUTION:A solvent 1 is fed into a solvent tank A and a heating composite body 2 consisting of a solution 32 and an oil 33 is fed into a solution tank B, respectively, then the heating composite body 2 and the solvent 1 in an injection nozzle 13 are heated by a heater 3 in the solution tank B. The solvent 1 raised up to the boiling point is injected into the heating composite body 2 from the injection port 14 of an injection nozzle 13 to cause an absorbing reaction there. By this absorbing reaction steam is produced and heat is exchanged, at the same time, next absorbing reaction is caused. After that, generation of steam and absorbing reaction are continuously caused. When the temperature in the solution tank B becomes high by the absorbing reaction, the solvent 1 which caused the absorbing reaction turns into steam, which is led into a heat exchanging chamber C passing through a steam pipe 7.
