WORK GUIDE SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To realize a work guide system suited to the work requiring the experience and the knowhow by securing such a constitution where a device itself infers and concludes the work contents with consideration given to the work environment, the possible phenomena (defects) and their factors, countermeasures, etc., and the desired detailed contents and then shows these factors respectively. CONSTITUTION:A knowledge memory 4 previously stores the knowledge information on the work. The work control information is inputted from a process input device 3; while the work name, the guide request items and the work environment information are inputted from an input/output device 5 containing a display screen. An inference execution control program 7b which executes the inference based on those said information writes the events (defects) related to the work together with the factors and the countermeasures of these events and displays them on the device 5. When a user selects his/her desired optional information, the more detailed work guide is taken out of a base memory 8. Thus it is possible to obtain a system which guides the work requiring the experience and the knowhow.
