Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make a sense of an article alterable with a small space together with its transference by setting up a turntable at the outside of a lifter with a slide fork. CONSTITUTION:A base 10 is fixed to a floor 6, installing a lifter 7 which is made up of installing a lifting block 12 and a slide fork 8 coupled with this base 10 and a link 11. A turn table 9 is set up at the outside of the lifter 7 by supporting a horizontal support roller 41 free of rotation along the circumference of a circle centering on the lifter 7. With this constitution, a work 4 mounted on a pallet 5 is received onto the lifter 6 by the slide fork 8 and mounted on a mounting surface 55 of the turntable 9 as in a pallet 5'. Next, the turntable is rotated, changing its sense, and the work is supported by the lifter 7 again, delivering it to a belt conveyor. Thus, a directional change can be made into automation.
