Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce a quantity of wasteful scrap by press-forming a cover- shaped container and a support leg integrally with dies. CONSTITUTION:A blank 7 is blanked from a band-like shut stock 6. In this blank 7, one end is semicircular and the other end is rectangular. Then, the cover-shaped container is press-formed by the dies from a circular part 12 along the semi-circle of the blank 7. This cover-shaped container has a bowl figure. The support leg 5 is formed from the residual part. As a result, the area for wasteful scrap 8 reduces. The material of the support leg 5 is formed from the blank 6 which was scrap in the past and consequently the wasteful part has reduced so much.
