INDIRECT AND EVAPORATION TYPE SPACE COOLING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To permit the cooling of outdoor air, introduced for space cooling, without increasing the humidity of the same by a method wherein high-temperature indoor air in space cooling time is humidified by a humidifying body having a wide contact area to reduce the temperature of the indoor air to the dew point temperature of the same and heat exchange with outdoor air is effected. CONSTITUTION:High-temperature indoor air in space cooling time is humidified sufficiently by passing through the humidifying body 18 of a cooling device 6, which is brought into wet condition widely in the suction thereof, to reduce the temperature of the indoor air to the dew point temperature of the same and heat exchange between outdoor air sucked from the outside of a room is effected in a heat exchanger 4 whereby the indoor air is discharged to the outside of the room under the humidified condition as it is and the outdoor air may be supplied into the room after reducing the temperature of the same by heat exchange. The outdoor air may be supplied into the room after reducing the temperature thereof without increasing the humidity of the same in such a manner whereby room cooling, simple in the constitution thereof, excellent in the achievement coefficient thereof and effected by the outdoor air, may be performed.
