Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make a pole constructible in an efficient manner by installing coupling plates, having a through hole each, in both upper and lower ends of a steel pipe applied with lining concrete, and connecting these coupling plate through a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:Each of beam connection flange-cum-upper coupling plates 8, 8 with each of first through holes 7, 7 is installed in an upper end of a steel pipe 2 provided with lining concrete 3 in its inner circumferential surface, and each of lower coupling plates 11, 11 with second through holes 10, 10 is installed in the lower end. Then, an upper precast steel pipe concrete pole 1 is built in the upper part of another precast steel pipe concrete pole 1 built in the lower part, and then the upper coupling plates 8, 8 and the lower coupling plates 11, 11 are connected together by each connecting member such as bolt and nut or the like. In this connection, when charging concrete is placed in the inner part of each steel pipe 2, at least one side of these through holes 7, 7, and 11, 11 is formed to be smaller in diameter than the inner diameter of each lining concrete 3, making it transfer the axial load to the charging concrete.
