Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a clutch pedal from following an actuator by pivotally supporting plural numbers of levers coaxially, which are interlocked with a clutch pedal and an actuator respectively, and thereby letting the levers be locked only when a clutch is disengaged via an adapter. CONSTITUTION:When a clutch pedal 8 is depressed while an automatic transmission is switched over to a manual mode, No.1 lever 4 is rotated clockwise, which situation thereby permits an adapter 10 to be pulled into the same direction, and also permits it to be concurrently pulled by a clutch releasing member 14 via No.2 wire 11 so that a clutch 13 is disengaged. On the other hand, when the automatic transmission is switched over to an automatic mode, a rod 9 is shortened by an actuator 1 so as to let No.2 lever 5 be rotated clockwise, which situation thereby permits the adapter 10 to be pulled into the same direction similarly as described above so that the clutch 13 is disengaged. During the period of the time, No.1 lever 4 is maintained at the position A with no rotation provided, the clutch pedal 8 is thereby kept in a state corresponding to clutch engagement.
