Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To obtain an equipment for measuring and evaluating the characteristic fluorescent spectrum on the surface of an organic tissue inexpensively utilizing a well known modular member of microscope. CONSTITUTION: Light from a light source 19 is passed through a condenser lens 21, a diaphragm 26, a lens 22, and a fluorescent excited filter 25 and focused on the plane 19' of an objective lens 11 before being projected onto the surface 24 of an object. Fluorescent light emitted from the object passes through a splitter 27, a barrier filter 28 and a barrel lens 29 being set retractively in the optical path, a measuring diaphragm 30, and a relay lens 31 and arrives at the incident slit 32 for optical wave guide/cross-section conversion connected with a spectrograph. The incident slit 32 is made in the second image plane 19" of light source 19 and the light can be passed into an ocular barrel through a mirror 33 insertable into the optical path.
