Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make trouble for blind angle adjustments omissible by installing a controller in an angle variable type vertical blind device, and making it control a blind angle automatically according to time. CONSTITUTION:A controller 1 is installed in a angle variable type vertical blind device, and a relationship between time and an optimum blind angle with this time is patternized for setting. Then, a control signal is outputted according to a time signal out of a clock 10, and each blind angle is successively adjusted via an actuator 2. With this constitution, at the time of setting up a blind, the setting direction is selected, and trouble for angle adjustments can be made unnecessary in addition to adjusting a gain of the controller 1 according to seasons.
