Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable a releasing condition to be positively maintained by letting a reset signal to be kept on until the set signal is issued to a control means after the reset signal has been issued to the control means. CONSTITUTION:When a reset switch 11 is turned on, a reset signal is issued to a microcomputer 13, a relay coil 9a is concurrently energized so that a relay switch 9b is turned on. This permits current to the relay coil 9b to be kept on because the relay switch 7b is in an 'on' condition. The relay witch 9b is thereby maintained by itself. Which situation allows the reset signal to the microcomputer 13 to be kept on until a reset switch 5 is turned on, signals SR and SC are not issued to an actuator 17. However, when the reset switch 5 is turned on while the reset signal is being issued, the reset switches 7b and 9b are turned off so as to let the reset signal end up in issuing so that a set signal is issued.
