Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily produce an exclusive control program that can evade the deadlock by starting the occupied application of the shared resources when a file is newly registered and erasing the registration of the file when the occupied application is through with the shared resources. CONSTITUTION:The registration of a file is forcibly erased when the registration or the non-registration is confirmed for the file showing a busy mode of the shared resources. Then the registration of the file is confirmed continuously for a fixed period. Under such conditions, the registration of the file is forcibly erased. Furthermore a new file is registered while the old file is erased and the occupied application of the shared resources is started during the registration of the new file. Then the registered file is erased when the occupied application is through with the shared resources. Thus it is possible to easily produce an exclusive control program that can evade the deadlock.
