Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To recover a card in an expired state as well as to make it reusable by installing a detecting means for detecting the expired state of advance information, and on the basis of the detected result of this detecting means, installing a control mean for indicating a card conveyance in a car recovery port to a car driving means. CONSTITUTION:When a card fitted with processing information inclusive of advance information is inserted into a card intake port, a card driving means 34 takes in this card and offers it to reading or the like of the processing information to the card. At this time, a detecting means 31 reads the advance information, discriminating its expired state, and the result is fed to a control means 30. Next, this control means 30 drives and controls the card driving means 34 on the basis of the detected result of the detecting means 31, and it feeds the card, whose advance information comes to an expired state (used up) to a card recovery port by this driving means 34 and recovered and processed it.
