MANUFACTURE OF KEYBOARD WITH DISPLAY SUCH AS CHARACTER AND SYMBOL

PURPOSE:To thermally transfer multiple key tops in package by using a key top receiving bed with a structure formed with multiple projections. CONSTITUTION:A key top receiving bed 18 having cylindrical projections capable of penetrating through holes of a housing section 14 in response to the arrangement of the housing section 14 is formed, a key top supporter 13 fixed with key tops 11 is installed on this key top receiving bed 18, the projections 18a of the key top receiving bed 18 are arranged in contact directly below the lower sections of the key tops 11. When the key tops are pressed downward by a transferring pad, the lower sections of the key tops are kept in contact with the projections of the key top receiving bed, thus the key tops are not lowered. The key tops are prevented from being thermally deformed by the temperature rise and affecting the switch function, thus allowing the printing in package by using the integrally molded key top supporter 13.
