Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent an information recording medium from being rattled in a case and to prevent damage from being generated by locking the information recording medium in the receiving case at the time of non-information processing. CONSTITUTION:When an optical disk 3 is not used, a shutter 5 is blocked and a rack 14 is moved in an arrow (a) direction with accompanying the motion of this shutter 5. Then, a decelerating gear 15... is revolved. As a result, a pair of lock plates 12, 12 are moved in a direction to mutually approach and the optical disk 3 is sandwiched from both sides on a V-shaped surface and locked. On the other hand, when the optical disk 3 is used, the shutter 5 is opened. Thus, the rack 14 is moved in an arrow (b) direction and the decelerating gear 15... is revolved. Then, the lock plates 12, 12 are moved in a direction to be mutually separated and the lock of the optical disk 3 is released.
