Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a gel for electrophoresis used for separate analysis on a vivo-derived substance, by a method wherein a plurality of monomer aqueous solutions are laminated by stages with different concentrations of acrylic amide and then, the solutions are polymerized. CONSTITUTION:Acrylic amide and a plurality of monomer aqueous solutions with different concentrations of acrylic amide containing a watersoluble divinyl compound and a polymerization initiator are laminated sequentially by stages and then, a plurality of monomer aqueous solutions laminated are polymerized. In the polymerization of a plurality of mononmer aqueous solutions within a plate, the specific gravity difference between adjacent solutions is set above 0.003 and the polymerization is performed in lamination in the descending order of the specific gravity from the lower layer to manufacture a gel for electrophoresis. To bring the specific gravity difference above 0.003, the concentration of acrylic amide between the solutions is altered and/or polyvalent alcohol such as glyceline, glucose and saccharose and a non-ionic specific gravity adding agent such as urine are used.
