Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce product cost and to improve product yield by forming projecting parts on surface with extrusion from back face to a thin member and welding both thin and thick members through melting of the projecting part after mutually facing the thick member to the projecting parts. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole 8 is formed to the thin plate-like base member 2 and also plural projecting parts 20 are formed on the concentric circle with the extrusion from the back face. Then, at the back face side of the member 2, the same number of the recessed parts 22 are formed. In a flange 10 of the thick member 4 to be welded, a projecting part 12 corresponding to the plate thickness of the member 2 is formed. The engaged projecting part 12 of a nut 4 is inserted into the through-hole 8 in the member 2 to execute positioning, and welding face 13 in the nut 4 and the projecting parts 20 in the member 2 are mutually faced. The member 2 and the nut 4 are held with welding electrode and at the time of executing the welding, the members 2, 4 are welded through melting of the projecting parts 20. The product cost is reduced with reduction of working cost for the projecting part 20 and the product yield is improved with stabilization of the welding. |
