Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve workability by molding a plurality of wound conductive bands through resin then cutting the molded body perpendicularly to the winding direction and producing mold coil layers, thereafter laminating the mold coil layers on a substrate and adhering the joint ends of the coil through conductive adhesive to lands on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A conductive band 22 is wound to form a wound body 23. Joint sections 20 are provided at the ends of winding of the wound body 23, then a plurality (four in the drawing) of wound bodies 23 are molded 25 integrally. Thereafter, the molded body is cut perpendicularly to the winding direction to form a mold layer 19. A shaft hole 14a is made in the center of the mold layer 19 and a rotary shaft is inserted. The mold layers 19 are laminated on a substrate 12 having lands 26 at positions corresponding to the positions of the joint sections 20. Then the joint sections 20 and the lands 26 are adhered through conductive adhesive. By such method, four coils are fixed integrally and mechanical securing is carried out simultaneously with electrical connection thus improving workability. |
