POROUS COIL AND FABRICATION METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable porous coil by providing a bending process in which unit windings are formed continuously from a linear member and laminated spirally and a boring process in which boring is performed and bored sides are formed, and carrying out the boring process between bending processes of bent sections adjoining the bored side. CONSTITUTION:Moving amount of the center of a former 10 in a bending truck 9 and the bending amount of a linear material 4 are determined corresponding to the rotary amount of a turn table 17. The linear material 4 being supplied is bent through a bender 11 according to the profile of the former 10 then air vents are made through a press 22 and the like. The operation is repeated to produce a bored coil 15 where rectangular unit windings are laminated spirally. By such method, the bored coil 15 is mounted sequentially on the table 16 in the turn table 17 with no excessive warp or bent, and air vents are made continuously.
